We report the case of a 54-year-old patient with progressive loss vision in the right eye. The high suspicion of choroidal melanoma by ultrasound justified enucleation. Pathology evaluation confirmed the diagnosis. In addition, a systematic review of clinical cases reported in Latin America has been carried out, observing comparable characteristics in the form of presentation and treatment. © 2022 Sociedad Mexicana de Oncología.spaMelanoma de coroides: reporte de caso y revisión de reportes de Latinoamérica [Choroidal melanoma: case report and review of reports from Latin America]info:eu-repo/semantics/article
