ABSTRACT By 2025, it is estimated that 20% of Chile's population will be over 65 years old. Aging, while natural, leads to an increase in chronic and degenerative diseases, as well as physical, psychological, and social limitations. Balance maintenance, regulated by the vestibular system, is one of the skills affected, resulting in more frequent and severe falls. Despite vestibular disorders being a common reason for otolaryngology consultations, no preventive vestibular stimulation program has been implemented. This project aims to create such a program for older adults without diagnosed vestibular pathology. The program was developed through literature review and expert interviews, followed by a pilot test with older adults at CESFAM "President Salvador Allende" in Quilicura. The pilot concluded that the program is suitable for healthy older adults, with an optimal participant number of fewer than 15 to ensure safety and thoroughness in exercises.
