Resumen
Intestinal endometriosis has been reported in women in 3 to 37%. Despite being a benign pathology, some reports describe an unusual malignant transformation, considered extremely rare and only about 50 cases has been described worlwide. We report an endometroid carcinoma of the ileum in a 44 years old woman with the history of endometriosis, which was verified with an inmunohistochemistry. It’s important to establish a correct diagnostic for an appropiate therapy due the possibility of wrong diagnostic with another gastrointestinal neoplasm. © 2022 Sociedad Mexicana de Oncología.
